PlayBrixel sells build credits — a digital good that is delivered to your account immediately upon purchase. Because credits are available to use right away, all purchases are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or exchanges for credits you have used, partially used, or chosen not to use.
Credits & 30-day expiry
Each credit lets you generate one build. Credits expire 30 days after the date of purchase and cannot be reactivated, extended, or refunded once expired. This expiry is shown at checkout before you buy. Credits are for personal use, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash. You buy credits as one-time packs — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country or region. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy. Note that in many jurisdictions, the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content can be waived once delivery has begun with your consent.
Billing problems
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe there is a genuine billing mistake, contact us within 60 days and we’ll investigate and make it right.
