These Terms are a contract between you and PlayBrixel (“we,” “us”) for use of PlayBrixel (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
PlayBrixel is a browser-based building game. You’re given a target to build on a 3D grid, sometimes against a timer. Features may change over time.
2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, and by using it you confirm that you are. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
3. Your account
When accounts are available, you are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Your builds
You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and reproduce your builds solely to operate and improve the Service.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity; no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no scraping or automated access except as we permit.
6. Credits, billing & expiry
Builds are powered by credits, which you buy in one-time packs — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. One credit generates one build. Prices and pack sizes are shown before purchase. Credits expire 30 days after purchase and, once expired, cannot be reactivated, extended, or refunded. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. All sales are final — see our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, logo, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service, and may suspend or terminate access for violations. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
